Notification is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Harrogate RUFC Limited (the Charity) to be held as set out above to transact the following business:
1. To receive any apologies for absence

2. To consider and approve the Minutes of the Charity’s 2023 AGM

3. To receive and approve reports from the Directors on the affairs of the Charity since the 2023 AGM

4. To receive and approve the financial position of the Charity as of 30th April 2024.

5. In accordance with the Articles of Association, Mark Garrett retires by rotation at the AGM. The Directors recommend he be re-elected at this meeting.

6. To consider any other business of which due notice has been given.

7. To hear any other relevant matter for the consideration by the Directors during the forthcoming year but on which no voting will be allowed.

Members of the Charity entitled to vote at this AGM are notified that under Section 324 of the Companies Act 2006 and Article 22 of the Charity’s Articles of Association, they have the right to appoint a proxy in their stead.
